no question too big or too small.
We've highlighted a few of the common ones that often arise when thinking about
becoming a Domino's team member. Hopefully you'll find what you're looking for.

Q. Do I get cheap Pizza?
A. Yes, there are staff discounts.
Q. What's the deal with uniforms?
A. Domino's supply you with a shirt, hat and name badge. We then take out a uniform
deposit, which is refundable when you return your uniforms at the end of your time
with us. We'll also provide you with a list of shops for you to purchase your own
pants. Unfortunately you can't work in your boardies or other shorts.
Q. Will I ever be working alone in-store?
A. Sometimes you will, but only for short periods of time. However Domino's Pizza
fit lockout devices to most stores and provide specific training on what to do to
ensure your safety and security.
Q. Do I have to use my own car?
A. Yes. Some stores have company cars, but there's no guarantee you'll have access
to one. Scooters are provided however.
Q. I've got long hair, does that matter?
A. No, but for Health & Safety purposes you'll wear a hairnet and the Dominos uniform
cap.
Q. I've heard you don't employ people with piercings, is that right?
A. Not at all. If you've got a piercing we simply ask you to remove it when on shift.
Q. What if I get caught speeding or I pick up a parking ticket?
A. The only speeding we do is in-store. Domino's encourages safe driving - we need
our team to follow the road rules. However, if you do pick up a ticket, you'll be
responsible for paying any related fines.
Q. Can I smoke or have a beer at work?
A. No. Domino's operates a zero tolerance policy on smoking or alcohol/drug use.
If you're found abusing this policy, you'll be instantly dismissed.
Q. What sort of training will I be offered?
A. All our staff are given a comprehensive induction by a Domino's Manager or colleague,
and have the opportunity to study towards TAFE Certificates.
Q. What are the advantages of working for Domino's?
