Applying tips
Ok, handy hint time. To increase your chances of a successful application there
are a few things you can do. Check out our list of interview tips to get a head
start:
Be prepared
When we ask you questions we're not trying to catch you out. We just want to get
to know you. Be prepared to answer a few questions, and don't worry – there are
no wrong answers. We may ask for an example of when you've impressed a customer,
and how you did it. That kind of thing.
Ask us something...go on
Questions, questions, questions. Coming armed with a few questions always looks
good. It shows us you're interested in learning more.
It's all about me, me, me
Make sure you talk about the kind of stuff you're into – anything that gives us
an idea of what you're about. We're much more likely to employ someone that's happy
to talk about their interests and ambitions. Remember, Domino's people are all about
fun.
Be honest
Always be honest. When discussing your other jobs it's good to be open about what
you liked and what you disliked. We want to hear it all.
Do your homework
It's important you do a bit of research prior to interview. You should have a good
understanding of the culture here at Domino's – it'll prove you're serious about
becoming a part of the team.
Don't be scared!
At Domino's we know interviews can be pretty scary things. But they don't have to
be. We see your interview as a chance to learn a bit more about you, and for you
to learn more about life at Domino's.
