here. Our in-store people know their stuff and know how to have a good time. Each
store has its own personality, and we reward outstanding pizza making or up selling.
You'll love the buzz of friendly competition.
There are two types of in-store role available: Pizza Makers and Customer Service
Representatives (CSRs). As a Domino's Pizza Maker you'll be responsible for making
our great pizzas. As a CSR you'll still help out with pizza making, but you'll be
more about front-line customer care.
Pizza Maker responsibilities:
- Making Domino's high quality pizzas
- Food and portion control
- Hygiene and food safety
- Food preparation
- Taking customer orders and up selling
- General cleaning duties
CSR responsibilities:
- Taking orders over phone and in person
- Dealing with customer concerns
- Greeting customers within 10 seconds
- Up selling
- Cash handling
- Keeping the customer area clean
- Assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough.

Domino's offers you the chance to work towards government certified TAFE Certificates.
The online course can be completed in your own time, whenever you're free – resulting
in a Certificate 2 and 3 in retail. We don't drop you in the deep end. Your Domino's
Manager or teammate will show you the ropes in-store, so you can hit the ground
running without any worries.
When you start your Domino's job you'll receive your very own JOIN THE DOTS passport.
With every class you attend and training level you complete you'll earn stamps.
The more stamps you receive, the more opportunities you'll have to increase your
pay. It all helps to prepare you for that next step up.
